Exhale
The half of a breath where tension leaves; one word that tells you what the room is for.
§ 21Industry file · Yoga or wellness
A yoga or wellness name should sound like the room feels: unhurried, kind and clear. Soft sounds work, but names heavy with Sanskrit, lotus and zen are so common that they read as costume. The best ones use plain, concrete words that suggest ease.

§ 03House rules
Lotus, Namaste, Om and Zen are everywhere, and misused Sanskrit can offend practitioners. If you use a Sanskrit word, check its meaning and pronunciation with someone who knows the tradition.
Slow, open vowels and soft consonants (Willow, Exhale, Still Water) suggest the experience. Hard stops and hyphens feel like effort.
People search “yoga near me” or “pilates [town]”. If you offer one main practice, place it in the name or descriptor, and keep the first word calm.
Many studios add workshops, retreats and products. A name about breath, ease or time (Exhale, Slow Hours) travels; one about a single style (Hot Yoga House) does not.
Health claims such as healing or therapy are regulated in many places. A name that implies treatment may need a licence or invite complaints, so keep it about experience, not cures.

§ 06After the shortlist
A yoga or wellness studio name is easy to love in a list and hard to keep once it is on a door. Save the ones that slow you down, then put them through these.
