№ 06Team Vote · any number of people
Share one link. Everyone votes.
No meeting, no accounts. Put up to twelve names on a ballot, send the link or the QR code, and watch the tally fill in.
§ 06.1How it works
A ballot your team can fill in from a phone.
The name on the door is a shared decision. Collect everyone's top three without a meeting, then count them properly.
- Step 01
Put names on a ballot
Pick up to twelve names from your shortlist, type them in, or start from the samples. Add the question you want answered.
- Step 02
Send one link
You get a link and a QR code. Voters enter their name and tap their top three in order. No accounts, nothing to install.
- Step 03
Read the tally
Votes appear on a live tally board, ranked, with the leader marked. A first pick scores 3, a second 2, a third 1.
§ 06.2Inquiries
Fair questions.
Q.01How are the votes counted?
With a Borda count: each voter's first pick scores 3 points, their second 2 and their third 1. It favours the name most people can live with over the one a single person loves and everyone else skipped. If two names tie, run a Showdown between them.
Q.02Do voters need an account, and can they change their vote?
No account. A voter types a name and ranks up to three names. Voting again with the same name replaces their earlier ballot, so nobody can stuff the board by clicking twice.
Q.03How long is a board kept, and who can delete it?
A board is deleted 30 days after its last ballot. Only the device that created it holds the secret that can delete it sooner, and only a hash of that secret is stored on our server. Anyone with the link can vote and see the tally, so share it only with people you want to hear from.
